Since training with Rich for Hyrox he’s got me from a 1 hr 14min open athlete down to a 1hr 8min PRO athlete and were not done yet! Our sessions are always varied, specific to my goals and extremely challenging. Rich has helped hugely with my strength and my overall conditioning is better than ever. He’s very knowledgeable, can work around niggles and injuries without having to miss sessions by helping with rehab. Best of all he has really bought into my goals and shows a genuine interest and passion in every session I do – even those not in person with him. He always provides feedback on my training data I send over to him and encourages me to work harder when appropriate. He’s a great trainer and if you have a specific event/goal in mind – He’s your man!
