I was 3 months post partum when I started training with Rich, so was a little anxious about how my body would react. I needn’t have worried; Rich was gentle in his approach, carefully rebuilding my core strength, overall fitness and most importantly my confidence. He’s worked around a shoulder injury and programmed rehab into my training. I also told him that I get bored easily so he needed to keep each session interesting! 17 weeks later, I’m feeling fitter, stronger, loving the variety and excited for where our training is going next. If you want a PT with expert knowledge who is going to push you, whilst increasing your confidence, I can’t recommend rich enough.
